Part-time Executive Assistant role supporting a President-level executive at Walt Disney World. Responsibilities include calendar management, email prioritization, scheduling meetings, coordinating business travel, preparing expense reports, and assisting with presentations and office administration. Requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work hand in hand and form a strong partnership with other assistants
  2. General calendar & schedule management
  3. Email assistance and prioritization
  4. Proactively managing and scheduling meetings and maintaining constant communication to provide real-time updates/changes to the schedule.
  5. Ensuring executive is set up for success to attend/host meetings and maintain both balance and punctuality

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 3 years related experience, including proven experience supporting an Executive leader
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (calendar and email) and COUPA or similar systems with willingness and aptitude to learn new things
  • Demonstrated strong email, organization and time management skills and ability to work with confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course when necessary
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with all levels and influence all levels by being knowledgeable and credible
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment with strong follow-through skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment with the ability to be flexible with work schedule
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables
  • Strong proficiency with all types of computers, phones and office equipment
  • Solution oriented, solve for “Yes” mentality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
