Snowflake is looking for an Executive Assistant to support Product Management leadership. The role involves managing calendars, travel, expenses, organizing events, and coordinating with customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to supporting a fast-paced team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Effectively manage and maintain complex calendars for Product Leadership.
  2. Book complex travel and manage team and executive level expenses.
  3. Create, organize and maintain team mailing lists, folders, drives.
  4. Organize, plan and execute team events.
  5. Respond to questions and requests for information by employees and guests, connecting people with the right resources.
