What you'd actually do

  1. Provide executive and administrative support to 3-4 GTM leaders/teams
  2. Efficiently manage and own complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders
  3. Partner closely with leaders and team both internally and externally, with composure and discretion
  4. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas are tracked and action items are circulated and followed up on
  5. Execute cross-functional projects, including drafting team-wide communications and managing logistics for All Hands and internal events

  • 1-3 years of experience providing administrative or project support
