Executive Assistant to the VP Global Named Accounts EMEA, responsible for managing complex agendas, calendars, domestic and international travel, organizing senior-level meetings, coordinating external events, managing departmental budgets and expenses, and creating presentations. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence to deal with executive-level audiences, and knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office and AI tools. Experience in a multi-cultural global business context is essential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage complex agendas and calendars for both internal and external meetings- proactively engaging with senior people
  2. Manage domestic and international travel and itineraries
  3. Organize and attend senior-level meetings, including input and issues of agendas and meeting materials
  4. Coordinate and support large scale external event(s) as required, including event organization and accurate project management from the planning stage to implementation
  5. Collaborate to support other Executive Assistants and our Senior Management teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to deal with executive-level audiences
  • Knowledge of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office; AI
  • Full fluency in English
  • Skills and experience in working in a multi-cultural global business context
