Executive Briefing Manager

Stripe is seeking an Executive Briefing Manager to define and evolve their executive briefing program in South San Francisco. This role involves collaborating with executives, sales, product, and engineering teams to enhance the briefing experience, build relationships with go-to-market teams, customize engagements, and share customer feedback to influence product strategy. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience, strong collaboration and project management skills, and preferably experience in fintech.

What you'd actually do

  1. Evolve our global executive briefing motion: You will be a co-lead for our AMER executive briefings and will lead the charge to advance our strategy. You will build upon the program's foundation and evolve our offerings to exceed the expectations of our customers and key internal stakeholders.
  2. Elevate the in-person briefing experience: You will be the face of our executive briefing center (EBC) in our office in South San Francisco. You will work with workspace and account teams to continuously elevate the experience we are delivering to executives that visit us in the space.
  3. Build a trusted relationship with go-to-market teams. You’ll serve as a primary contact and partner to sales teams, provide guidance on executive briefings and manage priorities/expectations at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
  4. Design the customization of high-quality executive engagements. You are customer-obsessed and listen closely to our customers to understand their unique challenges. You connect with expert Stripe teams to collaborate and deliver inspiring narratives within our executive engagements. You will customize agendas and content to ensure briefings run effectively in virtual and in-person settings.
  5. Share customer feedback with sales and product teams: You’ll become an expert in the needs of customers and the expectations across the industry, documenting feedback that will influence product strategy and sales priorities.

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS degree (in lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience)
  • 6+ years of executive briefing, consulting or marketing experience, preferably in B2B scenarios.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Leadership, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to produce user-centric engagements
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills
  • Efficient project management experience. You have a strong track record of driving simultaneous projects and multiple initiatives
  • High energy and infectiously optimistic attitude. Works well under pressure, meets tight deadlines and doesn’t get phased by rapidly changing environments

Nice to have

  • Experience in executive engagement programs, strategic partnerships, sales or sales enablement is a plus
  • Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries or marketing FinTech solutions or marketing to FinTech companies
  • Experience managing multiple vendors including catering, swag suppliers, etc
  • Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company or consulting firm
  • Experience working as part of an international team, split across multiple time zones.
