Executive Business Administrator to support the Engineering Director of Evaluations, Response Quality, and Safety, who is dedicated to ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of Microsoft’s AI copilot experiences. This role requires managing complex administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel, expenses, and team logistics, in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide complex administrative support for the Engineering Director, including calendar management with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
  2. Manage domestic and international travel scheduling end-to-end, including the proactive anticipation of logistics and itineraries.
  3. Process expense reports in a timely manner, as well as interim approve their Directs’ expense reports.
  4. Manage end-to-end logistics for team meetings and offsites, which include meeting logistics (booking space, catering, etc.), and material preparation.
  5. Develop a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy, as well as company policy, and act as an information resource to the business group.
