Executive Business Administrator for a VP in the Intune organization within Microsoft Security, focusing on strategic calendar management, business operations, leadership rhythm, and team enablement. Requires high autonomy, executive maturity, and business acumen.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end‑to‑end calendar strategy for the VP, independently prioritizing and sequencing time based on business impact, organizational priorities, and leadership intent.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, making real‑time decisions on tradeoffs, escalation, and alignment across competing demands.
  3. Partner seamlessly with senior leaders, Chiefs of Staff, and executive administrators across Microsoft Security and the broader company.
  4. Lead complex domestic and international travel planning, agendas, and logistics to support executive effectiveness and business outcomes.
  5. Ensure accurate, timely processing of expenses while supporting OpEx tracking and budget discipline in partnership with Finance.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
  • Proven ability to operate independently with limited direction while managing highly complex calendars, priorities, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Business judgment and the confidence to make decisions on behalf of executive leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools and internal systems, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MSExpense, Manager Self Service (MSS)/Headtrax, MSSpace, and Informa.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting global product, engineering, or security organizations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Security and/or Intune environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
