What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Quantum with high level tasks and requests. Provide strategic calendar management and travel management.
  2. Ensure compliance of administrative operational policies and procedures. Leads by example and serves as a role model to Business Support colleagues by maintaining a professional attitude, demonstrating executive presence, influencing others, and encouraging self-reflection during challenging situations. Navigates with executive maturity and calmness in challenging situations. Uses executive maturity to escalate issues, proactively ensuring teams effectiveness and consistency. Engages with the Business Support community, keeping a pulse to enable growth across the discipline.
  3. Undertake special assignments and projects as needed.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience supporting executive/upper-level leaders, with an emphasis on complex scheduling, event/meeting coordination, travel, and administrative operations.
  • Equivalent industry experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in project, program or production management)

Nice to have

  • Ability to leverage AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency (e.g., rapid prototyping, research gathering, day to day task automation).
  • Ability to work in an “AI-first” environment using modern AI tools to accelerate design workflows.
  • 4+ years experience serving as a mentor or direct/indirect (e.g., team leader) supervisor to others.
  • 5+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
