Executive Business Administrator

Executive Business Administrator supporting a global team within Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, event logistics, and supporting business operations. Requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and maintain complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and time management for the executive
  2. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics.
  3. Prepare Expense Reports in a compliant and timely manner.
  4. Work closely with the Business Manager on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with Leaders calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments.
  5. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Leadership Teams staff meetings, All Hands, events and offsites, including venue selection, meeting details, and material preparation.
