This role is not related to AI/ML. It is an Executive Business Administrator role supporting the CVP for the AMERS region within Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I). The role focuses on operational excellence, enabling leadership effectiveness, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive support culture. Responsibilities include leading a team of Executive Assistants, strategic calendar management, leadership team enablement, driving the rhythm of business, cross-functional partnership, event planning, resource management, and travel logistics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a team of Executive Assistants supporting the AMERS LT, creating a strong, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
  2. Provide proactive, strategic calendar management for the CVP, aligning time to top priorities and business outcomes.
  3. Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and LT to ensure seamless coordination, strong communication, and consistent execution.
  4. Drive execution of the AMERS Rhythm of Business in partnership with the Chief of Staff and Business Management team.
  5. Lead planning and execution of high-impact leadership events (e.g., LT offsites, QBRs, town halls).

  • Experience leading or mentoring Executive Assistants or business support teams.
