As an Executive Business Partner, you will support our newly appointed Chief Strategy Officer. You'll manage their complex schedule, build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless execution of key tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars to reflect priorities, minimize conflicts, and design highly efficient domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Act as the primary gateway for executive leadership, fostering trusted, collaborative connections with board leads, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, managing financial administration, and handling high-volume correspondence to maximize overall productivity.
- Facilitate effective decision-making by preparing agendas and briefing materials, capturing clear meeting minutes, and ensuring all action items are diligently tracked and completed.
- Partner closely with the CSO and Chief of Staff to anticipate needs, propose solutions, manage organizational communications, and execute impactful internal and external events.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders in a professional environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering with C-level executives and VPs, maintaining absolute confidentiality on all sensitive business matters.
- Ability to operate under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting swiftly to changing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong professional relationships.
