Boeing is seeking an Executive Coaching and Organizational Development Program Management Lead to manage the coordination and delivery of enterprise executive coaching and organizational development programs. This role will establish systems, processes, and workflows from the ground up, requiring strong program and project management skills with a foundation in AI integration and coaching expertise.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of enterprise executive coaching and organizational development programs, including multiple concurrent projects
  2. Define, implement, and improve program workflows, governance, and operating rhythms
  3. Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  4. Build, maintain, and automate tools and processes that support consistent and efficient program delivery
  5. Own and refine the intake process for executive coaching requests in partnership with HR Business Partners and stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential or higher level certification
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience using advanced data visualization software, such as Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI
  • Experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
