Executive Communications Lead

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Indianapolis, Illinois - Chicago, New York - New York, Georgia - Atlanta, California - San Francisco, IN

This role is an Executive Communications Lead for Salesforce's PACE & AFD360 Operating Unit. What you'd actually do

  1. Build and own quarterly communications on behalf of the executive, including Quarter Kick-off and End of Quarter messages across Slack and other channels
  2. Drive initiative communications, including weekly pipeline emails and bi-weekly BLT updates
  3. Lead end-to-end planning for All-Hands Communications (AHCs) — decks, agendas, speaker coordination, and logistics
  4. Build compelling talk tracks, content, and presentation decks that prepare the executive to speak at CKO, World Tours, Dreamforce, Salesforce TV, and 3rd party events (Cannes, NRF, Davos)
  5. Source, vet, and secure speaking opportunities — keynotes, panels, roundtables, and media appearances — that align with OU priorities and the executive's positioning
