Snowflake is seeking an Executive Communications Manager to support the GTM leadership team. This role involves developing messaging, creating thought leadership content, managing executive social media, and leading internal forums. The ideal candidate has experience in executive communications, exceptional writing skills, and operational/project management capabilities, preferably in enterprise technology.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a dedicated communications partner for Snowflake's GTM leadership, supporting a broad range of internal and external communications initiatives
  2. Develop polished messaging, talking points, and written communications that reflect each leader's voice, priorities, and strategic positioning
  3. Create compelling thought leadership content including op-eds, bylines, social posts, and long-form narratives that amplify GTM leaders' points of view
  4. Support keynote and speaking preparation — from content development to messaging rehearsal — to enhance executive presence at industry events, customer summits, and other external forums
  5. Build and manage streamlined workflows for executive social media content, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence across platforms

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, content strategy, or a related field
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives with written communications, thought leadership, or executive visibility programs
  • Exceptional writer with strong editorial instincts and the ability to write in someone else's voice
  • Operationally minded: you build systems, maintain workflows, and don't let things fall through the cracks
  • Collaborative by nature with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and senior stakeholders
