What you'd actually do

  2. Design and evolve a scalable target operating model including capacity, coverage, escalation, governance, and location strategy.
  3. Standardize processes through common procedures, controls, playbooks, and training across locations.
  4. Own end-to-end service delivery across middle office, cash operations, settlements, client services, mortgage operations, client onboarding, fraud remediation, and quality control.
  5. Operate a consistent quality and remediation model, including standards, defect taxonomy, calibration, and corrective actions driven by root-cause analysis.
