  3. Drive launch readiness and lifecycle management, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize product positioning, omnichannel tactics, and field implementation.
  4. Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a large and high‑performing sales organization in a competitive sales environment, including regional and district sales managers and customer team representatives.
  5. Establish clear performance standards, set annual objectives, conduct regular reviews, coach managers, and provide succession planning and professional development.
