Executive Experiences, Sr. Coordinator

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Coordinator for Executive Experiences to support demand generation for customer-facing executive events and manage logistics for internal executive events. This role focuses on audience acquisition, managing invitation campaigns, tracking registration metrics, and ensuring seamless coordination across workstreams to drive pipeline and deepen executive relationships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns for Executive Summit programs across multiple events (Dreamforce, World Tour, etc.)
  2. Monitor and report on registration metrics, conversion rates, and progress to goals
  3. Track outstanding invites, RSVP status, and follow-up requirements
  4. Coordinate invitation waves and manage send calendars
  5. Support various workstreams as needed, including space allocation, creative deliverables, attendee nominations, guest speakers & VIP management, transportation, catering, and evening receptions.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of event marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Top-notch organizational skills and time management skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly and simultaneously
  • Experience using Salesforce (required)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • BS or BA related degree, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel as needed
