Executive Office Administrator supporting a Vice President for Government and Enterprise Contracts. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, processing expenses, managing communication, scheduling, event logistics, and general administrative support. Requires 5+ years of experience in scheduling, Microsoft Office Suite, and executive administrative support.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangement
  2. Monitors designated business traveler's logistics and generates expense reports
  3. Assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards
  4. Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature
  5. Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
  • Experience in effective written and verbal communication across global audiences

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
  • Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience functioning as a liaison between customers and senior executives as well as superior work prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience exhibiting personable and professional phone demeanor; speak clearly, professionally and with decorum
