Executive Operations & Communication Manager, Nurture

Pushpay Pushpay · Seattle · United States · Remote · Operations

This role supports Pushpay leaders and the Founder of Nurture by providing administrative, organizational, and functional support. Responsibilities include executive communication, calendar and email management, travel arrangements, creating agendas and briefing documents, presentation support, maintaining confidentiality, priority management, coordinating reports, expense management, and event coordination. The role requires discretion, warmth, and relational intelligence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Executive Communication: Write, edit, and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms. When drafting correspondence for the Founder, write in his voice: warm, concise, relationally attuned, and free of anything that reads as templated or corporate. Maintain a proof-of-listening standard in all external communication, mirroring the language of the pastor or leader being served. Draft correspondence for prospects, customers, partners, and Pushpay leadership, including follow-ups tied to active sales conversations
  2. Calendar Management: Maintain leaders’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs, ensuring time is protected for high-leverage work and active deals.
  3. Email Management & Executive Communication: Inbox organization, ensuring proper filing, prioritization, and prompt and timely responses. Specifically for the Founder, manage the inbox end to end, triaging, drafting, and responding on his behalf with full authority.
  4. Travel Management: Book and manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals, ensuring adherence to company travel policy with precision and zero surprises.
  5. Executive Operations: Create agendas, distribute meeting prep materials, support creation of slide decks, and publish notes/action items. Prepare briefing documents ahead of key meetings, including SteerCo sessions, customer conversations, and Pushpay leadership touchpoints. Serve as a connective layer between the Founder and internal teams (product, customer success, Pushpay counterparts), keeping information flowing and decisions moving.
