This role supports senior leaders in an AI productivity platform company, focusing on operational excellence, strategic support, and cross-functional initiative management. It involves complex calendar management, meeting preparation, action item tracking, and communication liaison.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, organize inboxes, submit expenses, and ensure seamless day-to-day execution.
  2. Prepare materials for key meetings — including talking points, briefing documents, and polished decks — to help leaders engage with insight and confidence.
  3. Track and manage cross-functional action items to ensure follow-ups are completed and initiatives stay on track.
  4. Manage communication between leaders and other internal or external stakeholders, liaising with executives, partners, and team members across the company.
  5. Plan and orchestrate work to ensure leaders’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders
  • Experience drafting and sending communications on behalf of executives
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
