On the one hand, we launched global short drama, web-novel and comic products such as Melolo, MyTopia, and Fizzo to serve users directly. On the other hand, we work closely with web-novel and short drama creators, leveraging our insights and data analysis on user behaviours, to provide inspiration and guidance on creators' content creation. Years of development in multiple markets, rich experience in local content development, and ample content accumulation from the Chinese market provide the team with sustainable business and organizational advantages.
The Story Global team is consist of various team functions including user product manager, creator platform product manager, user growth, product operation, content operation, content strategy, business development, short drama production, short drama scripts, and web-novel creator operation, systematically serving both users and creators.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the budget, production and schedule of English mini-series projects. Have hands-on control over every aspect of production and be responsible for the project's cost and revenue.
- Observe and analyze the creative trends of the mini-series field in North America to boost content innovations.
- Other internal and external collaboration and communication work involved in the project.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in English film or television.
- Familiar with the film and television production process.
- Good content judgment, familiar with the US market (and global) miniseries.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including cross functional teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.
- Strong interpersonal and cross communication skills.
