It involves developing bespoke executive narratives, translating complex AI concepts into business value, and partnering with various internal teams to create impactful customer experiences. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop bespoke executive narratives for priority customer briefings.
  2. Partner with Sales and account teams to understand customer context, transformation goals, buying committee dynamics, and strategic priorities.
  3. Shape briefing arcs that connect OpenAI capabilities to customer business outcomes.
  4. Translate complex AI concepts into clear, credible, executive-level conversations.
  5. Build repeatable narrative frameworks, briefing modules, and planning tools for the EBC motion.
