Executive Protection Specialist - New York City

This role is responsible for executive protection, ensuring a secure environment for senior management, support staff, and client-related events. Key responsibilities include analyzing situations, developing security action plans, managing access control, incident response, screening mail and parcels, coordinating transportation services, and liaising with law enforcement. The role requires experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military security, knowledge of the NYC area, and the ability to complete specialized training.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work across functional teams to ensure the safety and security of the senior management team, key stakeholders, and external business clientele.
  2. Provide safe and efficient transportation for senior leaders, maintaining a smooth, secure, and discreet travel experience.
  3. Monitor traffic patterns, potential risks, and alternative routes to minimize delays and reduce exposure to security threats.
  4. Ensure all vehicle movements prioritize safety, discretion, and a low profile.
  5. Regularly inspect assigned vehicles to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and operational readiness.
