What you'd actually do

  1. Own full-cycle executive searches across Manager, Director, VP, C-suite, and other senior leadership roles
  2. Partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership to define role scope, success criteria, and ideal candidate profiles
  3. Build and maintain a proprietary network of senior talent across engineering, product, business, and operations
  4. Drive proactive market mapping and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategy before roles are formally opened
  5. Run high-signal, structured interview processes tailored for senior candidates — from first conversation through close
