Executive Recruiter to support and scale senior leadership hiring across functions and regions for an AI company that is transforming legal and professional services with frontier agentic AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive end to end executive and senior leadership searches across the organization.
  2. Partner with founders, executives, and hiring leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy.
  3. Build and maintain diverse, high quality leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
  4. Deliver a thoughtful, white glove candidate experience for senior level candidates.
  5. Collaborate with the Head of Executive Recruiting and other recruiters to align on priorities, strategy, and execution.
