What you'd actually do

  1. Welcome and escort executive candidates throughout onsite interviews at Oracle's Nashville office, ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive candidate experience.
  2. Coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, arranging candidate travel, and managing related expenses.
  3. Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support to the Executive Leadership Recruiting team across multiple time zones.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle executives, executive assistants, and executive candidates, delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the executive recruiting process.
  5. Utilize internal recruiting systems and tools to create, maintain, and update candidate records; manage shared documentation and folders; and prepare reports, presentations, and candidate tracking materials.
