What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines through market mapping, research, and targeted outreach across all functions
  2. Identify and engage passive executive talent using sourcing strategies, competitive intelligence, and relationship-building approaches
  3. Partner with executive recruiters and hiring leaders to align on leadership profiles, succession priorities, and long-term pipeline planning
  4. Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and executive research platforms
  5. Analyze sourcing data, outreach effectiveness, and talent market trends to refine engagement strategies and improve pipeline quality
