What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the executive recruiting team and hiring leaders to identify high caliber profiles for senior leadership roles across the entire Figma business (Director, VP, C-suite)
  2. Lead in-depth talent mapping and market research across industries, competitors, and adjacent spaces
  3. Translate research into actionable sourcing strategies and high-quality candidate pipelines
  4. Identify and engage passive executive talent with highly personalized, insight-driven outreach
  5. Track and synthesize talent data to inform hiring decisions and calibrate search strategies
