What you'd actually do

  1. Work with the Executive Recruiters & Executive Recruiting Managers to help drive the search execution process from start to finish
  2. Execute end to end research and candidate development
  3. Conduct preliminary phone screens to qualify and assess sourced candidates on basic KPIs
  4. Assist with capturing candidate notes in database, and preparing assessments
  5. Create job specifications, scorecards and other supporting documentation, in collaboration with the recruiter
