Executive Support Engineer (troubleshooting/white Glove/av Support) - *onsite*

This role provides executive technical support, focusing on hardware, software, network issues, and AV support for leadership. It involves troubleshooting, setup, maintenance, and proactive support for executive devices and office equipment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication with the tech team. The role also includes supporting IT special projects and documenting procedures.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide prompt, high-quality technical support to ELT members, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to executive operations.
  3. Set up and maintain laptops, , mobile devices, and other peripherals for executives. (Microsoft Office and Mac iOS, Webex, Zoom, Slack, VoIP/Equality, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, User identity and security access management, MFA support, AV (Webex boards, Zoom boards)
  4. Support IT special projects, office moves, data recovery, hardware, software testing
  5. Coordination and setup of all Audio-Visual (video conferencing, virtual meetings) requirements for all on-site and remote Senior Executive meetings.
