Executive Technical Support Analyst

Provide White Glove technical support for global company leaders, including the CEO, Chairperson, and Board Members, covering hardware (Cisco, iPhones, iPads, Dell/Mac laptops) and software (Office 365, Microsoft Teams). Responsibilities include diagnosing and mitigating issues, providing training, handling high-pressure troubleshooting, collaborating with various IT teams, ensuring data security, and supporting implementations and upgrades. Requires strong technical and communication skills, with experience in MDM, script writing, and various OS systems. Understanding of Copilot and other LLMs is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. perform a key role in providing White Glove support for the technical needs of global company leaders, including the CEO, Chairperson, Board Members and the entire LL1 community.
  2. responsible for diagnosing and mitigating issues for an entire suite of technologies: (Hardware) Cisco Conferencing equipment, iPhones, iPads, Dell Laptops, Mac laptops. (Software) Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
  3. provide training to Executives and their Executive Admins.
  4. handle “under the gun” troubleshooting and issue mitigation while executive customers wait and watch.
  5. Work with the team and our Customers to ensure the safety and security of our customers equipment and data at every opportunity.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience in Office Suite, Cisco products, Windows or OS operating systems.
  • 3+ years high level technical experience in troubleshooting, repairing, building, installing computers, iOS devices, or networking infrastructure.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Experience with various Industry Standard MDM’s (JAMF, ABM, Mobile Iron, etc).
  • Experience with script writing (Powershell, VBA, Javascript).
  • Experience with Citrix VDI, Microsoft Windows, and Apple OS systems at high levels.
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Exposure to network devices, routers, firewalls, and switches.

  • Understanding and Copilot and other LLM's
