What you'd actually do

  1. Estabelecer relacionamento com os clientes Oracle, focando na satisfação dos clientes e consequentemente, no crescimento de consumo e renovação de contratos;
  2. Desenvolver e executar um plano contínuo de geração de novos negócios;
  3. Gerenciar os parceiros que atuam no território;
  4. Coordenar e trabalhar com os times relevantes para atendimento ao cliente final (ex.: times técnicos, operações, pós-venda, financeiro, outros executivos de conta, etc);
  5. Desenvolver uma estratégia de longo prazo nos clientes principais;
