Exempt Admin Contract Employee

This role is for an administrative professional supporting employee volunteering programs and building relationships with external stakeholders for corporate reputation. It involves managing calendars, preparing reports, coordinating logistics, and supporting procurement. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. While the business group discusses AI training and government enablement programs, the core function of this role is administrative support, not direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless employee volunteering program management.
  2. Build relationships for positive corporate reputation with all stakeholders including local communities, civil society, NGOs, government and education bodies.
  3. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other communications with exceptional attention to detail.
  5. Coordinate and support logistics for team meetings, events, and special projects.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social impact or related field.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
  • Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
