Expansion Account Executive

This role is for an Expansion Account Executive at Autodesk, focused on generating new business and expanding revenue within existing accounts in the Design and Manufacturing Industry. What you'd actually do

  1. Generate new business by creatively expanding into new and existing accounts
  2. Evaluate and prepare business plans for each assigned account this involves evaluating the customer profile, creating value messaging, and targeting main steps needed to execute the account plans
  3. Develop important relationships within the account including important Executives and translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique value proposition
  4. Ensure the Autodesk team delivers Value to the Account(s), builds Account Business plan and accomplish upon the plan, grows opportunity pipeline within Account(s), uses sound call planning to achieve our goals and makes continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisor
  5. Manage accounts through entire sales process; Outside field sales position, physically at customer location for business development, prospecting, and post-sales support

Skills

Required

  • 5-10 yrs experience in Sales to Mid-Market / Large Customers
  • Successful B2B sales experience, in the Design and Manufacturing Industry
  • Previous experience selling IT solution for Business Transformation
  • Data and Impact driven
  • Native level fluency in Japanese
  • Basic proficiency in English
