Expansion Sales Account Executive, Informatica

Salesforce is seeking an Expansion Sales Account Executive for their Informatica division. This role focuses on upselling and cross-selling enterprise software solutions to existing customers, driving incremental subscription revenue. The AE will analyze consumption metrics, build strategic relationships with decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and maximize the company's footprint. A strong understanding of SaaS consumption pricing and prior enterprise sales experience is required. The role also requires a curiosity about the evolving AI and agentic landscape and the ability to connect data and integration strategy to AI outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Meet and exceed expansion sales goals (quotas) through analyzing consumption metrics, prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities end to end within the assigned accounts/territory.
  2. Expand sales within existing accounts while getting connected and building strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Orchestrate the Ecosystem: You work in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Renewals, Marketing, Partner Alliances, and Services to ensure your team has everything they need to succeed.
  4. Forecast & Report with Precision: You regularly report on individual results — pipeline generation, pipeline quality, forecasting — and keep executive leadership informed with accuracy and candor.
  5. Build Pipeline at Scale: You continuously work within your assigned territory to create new pipeline opportunities and drive revenue
