Experience Research Associate

This role focuses on user research within a financial enterprise, with a secondary emphasis on exploring and evaluating AI tools for research operations. The primary function is to support and conduct user research, analyze data, and inform user experience design decisions. What you'd actually do

  1. Support the development and execution of research studies to gather insights on customer needs and preferences
  2. Assist user researchers, designers, and product teams with planning, execution, and analysis using tools like UserTesting, UserZoom, and Qualtrics
  3. Be involved in experimenting with, evaluating, and scaling up new AI tools and technology
  4. Assist with research operations functions, such as research tool vendor management and participant recruitment
  5. Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and provide actionable and easy-to-understand recommendations to inform user experience design decisions
