What you'd actually do

  1. Own and shape a portfolio of process improvement initiatives aligned to the site strategic plan, translating strategy into measurable value and sustainable results.
  2. Lead cross-functional governance and stakeholder alignment (e.g., Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, NPI), ensuring clear priorities, decision-making, and change adoption.
  3. Establish and drive end-to-end execution plans (scope, milestones, risks, resources) to deliver initiatives on time and within agreed objectives, sustaining gains through standardization.
  4. Define, implement, and continuously improve a performance management system (KPIs, dashboards, cadence reviews) across inventory/WIP, quality, cost, and schedule; benchmark performance and drive corrective actions.
  5. Drive cost strategy and value creation by identifying key cost levers (including COGS fundamentals and Design to Value opportunities) and embedding disciplined benefit tracking.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of materials systems, inventories and supply chain
  • Experience in different areas of the plant
  • Strong knowledge of computer packages such as Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated analytical capacity
  • Knowledge in Finances
  • Bilingual English
