What you'd actually do

  1. Efficiently and accurately handle insurance claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  2. Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist in the process of getting our customers back on the road.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the extent of coverage and assess any potential fraud.
  4. Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of relevant customer service and/or transaction processing experience
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of Auto Liability Claims experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred
  • Active Texas (4-20) All Lines Adjusters license preferred
  • College degree preferred
