What you'd actually do

  1. support our experienced hire team as we find, interview, and hire non-technical professionals in our Asia offices
  2. provide a nuanced, white glove service to the candidates we interact with daily and the internal teams who are looking to hire them
  3. bring fresh ideas to our recruitment approach across all non-technical hiring areas and think about ways to improve our creative sourcing methods, pipelining, and how we position the firm and our teams in an increasingly competitive market
  4. manage a pipeline of candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers and other recruiters
  5. keep candidates and hiring managers fully informed throughout a search

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in financial services or a related area
  • Strong experience managing a pipeline of candidates
  • collaborating with hiring managers and other recruiters
  • Self-starter who works effectively and handles competing priorities
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively within and across various teams and independently, as appropriate
  • Fluent in English
