Experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own customer adoption of AI features and agents within the monday.com platform, driving habitual usage through multi-channel campaigns, personalized journeys, and AI-assisted experimentation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive awareness, first use, and repeat usage of AI across the monday.com platform.
  2. Build personalized journeys that move users from AI-curious to AI-activated — getting teams comfortable configuring, deploying, and directing agents to do real work.
  3. Own the experimentation roadmap and ship continuously. You'll use AI to compress idea-to-live-test from weeks to days, running A/B and holdout tests across messaging, segmentation, timing, and channel.
  4. Partner with product, data, and growth teams to identify adoption blockers and build proactive journeys that address them.
  5. Translate AI usage signals into segments, triggers, and lifecycle moments that nudge users at the right time.
