Boeing is seeking an Experienced MH-139 Logistics Representative to join their Aerospace Operations team in Maxwell AFB, AL. This role focuses on ensuring the operational readiness of the MH-139 helicopter fleet through effective logistics support, including coordinating parts delivery, resolving inventory discrepancies, performing audits, and providing on-site warehouse support. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of logistics experience and willingness to work various shifts, travel, and potentially relocate.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinates and schedules on time delivery of complex parts and commodities following established procedures.
  2. Assists with researching, identifying and resolving customer supply support system inventory discrepancies.
  3. Performs audits and other forms of analysis of information; from multiple sources to determine accuracy relative to delivery schedules, inventories levels, requirements, etc.
  4. Reconciles discrepancies in information to mitigate or minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
  5. Provide on-site warehouse support for very complex military aircraft.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Logistics Services
  • Experience and understanding of Quality Management Systems
  • Willing and able to work any shift
  • Willing and able to deploy/travel
  • Willing and able to relocate

Nice to have

  • Coordinates with required organizations to resolve problems affecting the supply chain.
  • Strong PC skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Word are desired.
  • Experience with quality management systems preferred.
  • Proactive self-starter who possesses a positive work attitude and has strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, people and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform as a team member and bring a safety culture that assures mission success and employee safety.
  • GOLDesp database experience is desired.
