What you'd actually do

  4. Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  5. Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 5+ years of experience managing business metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
  • 5+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
  • 5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Previous experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience with Workforce management or strategy (and associated tools)
