The role requires strong data science experience, proficiency in analytics tools, and experience with visualization tools. Experience with AI/ML solutions, NLP, anomaly detection, and responsible AI principles are preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the BCA Manufacturing and Safety team to develop and maintain advanced analytics models and dashboards to support EHS performance monitoring, trend analysis, and predictive insights.
  2. Analyze incident, audit, inspection, training, exposure, and other EHS-related datasets to identify patterns, leading indicators, and risk drivers.
  3. Support the development of an EHS AI strategy aligned to business priorities, risk management needs, digital transformation objectives, available resourcing, and information security requirements.
  4. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI/ML use cases such as predictive risk detection, anomaly detection, natural language processing of incident narratives, inspection intelligence, and recommendation engines.
  5. Lead or guide pilot development, proof-of-concepts, model validation, and implementation planning for AI-enabled EHS solutions.
