What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct cold outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new business leads within the government segment
  2. Manage and cleanse data in the customer relationship management system to maintain accurate records of prospecting activities
  3. Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and build interest in the organization’s solutions
  4. Follow established lead management and qualification processes to ensure consistent lead handling and appointment setting
  5. Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, processes, and performance to support continuous improvement
