This role is focused on driving growth within the small and medium business segment by identifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. The primary goal is to generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team, directly impacting customer base expansion.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new business leads within the small and medium business segment
  2. Manage and cleanse data in the customer relationship management system to maintain accurate records of prospecting activities
  3. Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and build interest in business solutions
  4. Follow established lead management and qualification processes to ensure consistent lead handling
  5. Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, processes, and performance to improve outreach effectiveness

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
