External Affairs and Market Access Assistant Manager

This role focuses on market access and reimbursement within the healthcare industry, specifically in Beijing, China. The Assistant Manager will research and analyze national and local medical insurance policies, track policy dynamics, and assess their impact on the medical device industry. Responsibilities include developing company strategies based on policy analysis, identifying market opportunities, managing policy risks, conducting internal policy training, supporting government affairs, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders like industry associations and experts. The role requires a Master's degree or above in public health, medical insurance management, or pharmaceutical policy, with experience in government affairs, policy research, or market access in the medical device or pharmaceutical sector. Strong policy analysis, report writing, strategic planning, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, along with good English proficiency. Project management or internal training experience is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. 负责系统研究国家及地方医保政策,跟踪政策动态与趋势,分析其对医疗器械行业的影响及联动效应,定期输出研究报告。
  2. 基于政策研判,制定公司医保应对策略,协助业务部门识别市场机遇、评估与管控政策风险。
  3. 组织开展内部医保政策培训与解读,提升相关部门对政策的理解与应用能力。
  4. 支持中央层面政府事务工作,参与和医保相关主管部门的沟通,推动政策倡导与关系维护。
  5. 协同公司各相关部门或团队,推动医保相关策略在业务中的落地与执行。

Skills

Required

  • Master's degree or above in public health, medical insurance management, or pharmaceutical policy
  • Experience in government affairs, policy research, or market access in the medical device or pharmaceutical sector
  • Familiarity with medical insurance policy systems and operational mechanisms
  • Excellent policy analysis, research report writing, and strategy development skills
  • Ability to independently conduct policy research and interpretation
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good internal and external driving force
  • Ability to adapt to cross-departmental and multi-task collaboration
  • Meticulous thinking, strong sense of responsibility
