Boeing is seeking experienced F-15 Flight Line APG Technicians for a long-term assignment in Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The role involves assembling, disassembling, modifying, troubleshooting, and testing aerospace vehicle components and systems, including avionics, flight controls, hydraulics, and fuel systems. Responsibilities include documentation, inspection for flight worthiness, and on-the-job training. Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience with fighter aircraft maintenance and willingness to work variable shifts. Experience on military fighter platforms and specific aircraft systems is preferred. The position requires obtaining a work visa and meeting international assignment health requirements, with relocation benefits provided for the international assignment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
  2. Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
  3. Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
  4. Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications, and inspection results).
  5. Inspect components and verify repairs for flight worthiness requirements.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with fighter aircraft maintenance and or management
  • Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
  • Ability to obtain a work visa
  • Ability to meet international assignment health requirements
  • U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Nice to have

  • Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15)
  • Experience with aircraft systems including avionics, flight controls, hydraulics, fuel and/or integrated vehicle management systems
