F-15 Industrial Engineer (entry-level or Associate)

This role focuses on applying industrial engineering principles to optimize production processes, plant layouts, and workflows within the F-15 production engineering team at Boeing. It involves designing, maintaining, and improving production systems, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Applies industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to product, process and services to meet program requirements.
  2. Develops plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, sequencing of operations and work flows.
  3. Evaluates new techniques and technological developments for integration into the production process and service operations.
  4. Designs, maintains, and optimizes the production system by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.
  5. Conducts work flow design and analysis.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

Nice to have

  • 2+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education
  • 2+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of Lean Manufacturing
  • 2+ years of experience in partnering with all key functions in an integrator/lead role
  • Passion for continuous improvement and desire to stabilize and improve manufacturing
