What you'd actually do

  1. In accordance with company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. Make effective customer visits utilizing resources in accordance with company policies and procedures to achieve or exceed business objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various meetings or activities in accordance with company policies and procedures to explore regional market potential.
  4. Collect, analyze, and provide feedback and suggestions on market and customer information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments, identifying and promoting cooperation opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork awareness.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn, good at self-motivation, self-challenge, and stress management.
  • Several years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Over 18 months of experience in a senior-level position with sufficient maturity.
  • Strict adherence to compliance requirements, timely clarification of issues, and reporting of behaviors with compliance risks.
  • Grasp market dynamics and keenly discover business opportunities.
  • Legally and compliantly collect and utilize information, analyze with evidence, and discover business opportunities.
  • Actively interact with external customers, including doctors, experts, and other partners, respond quickly to academic needs, and provide professional support accurately and timely.
  • Proactively communicate with internal customers, seek opportunities to promote mutual understanding, and establish cooperative relationships.
  • Execute all tasks accurately and timely without compromise.
