What you'd actually do

  4. 领导并激励团队成员,通过招聘、培训、绩效和行为管理等来促进他们的业绩目标实现与行动计划达标。

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with equivalent companies, excellent performance, and management potential.
  • Sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Ability to strictly manage one's behavior to ensure all daily work complies with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws.
  • Professional knowledge in relevant product areas.
  • Strong influencing and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Strong learning ability.

Nice to have
